The Daily Money: Aggressive hiring tactics pick up

In today's Daily Money newsletter, we've got insights on job trends, a new Tesla crash and McDonald's new BTS Meal. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Good morning, Daily Money crew, it's Nathan Bomey wishing you a happy start to your week.

👽 Did you hear about the helicopter on Mars? I bet the Martians were pretty dazzled by the sight of that.

On to our ...

💡 INSIGHT OF THE DAYBitcoin had a tough weekend, plunging in value following multiple reports, including one that the U.S. Treasury Department may crack down on money laundering. But the cryptocurrency is still collectively worth more than $1 trillion after a nearly 700% increase in the last 12 months.

📰 Here are our top stories:

1. Want a new job? As fewer workers respond to ads in the COVID era, more firms are turning to aggressive hiring tactics.

2. Another Tesla crash is generating questions – this time in Texas, where a Tesla Model S crash left two dead, sparking a blaze that lasted hours.

3. New investors beware: The easy money you made in the stock market probably won't continue.

4. McDonald's has a new limited-time celebrity-themed meal coming: This time it's the Korean superstar band BTS.

5. Oatmeal, dark chocolate, blueberries and beans all have one thing in common: They're on the list of foods that are good for your gut health.

So, here's the plan. First, we're going to McD's for the BTS Meal. Then, we're working on our gut health.
