Good morning, Daily Money friends, it's Nathan hoping that your favorite website or app is working this morning!

Yes, it's not just you. Major websites across the internet were down for a period this morning, including Google, Amazon, Instagram, Twitter, CNN, the New York Times and, yes, yours truly, USA TODAY.

The issue is believed to be linked to something called Fastly, a cloud computing platform that powers many major websites. Tough day for Fastly.
