๐Ÿค” Wait, which Trump legal battle is this? The former president faces allegations that he falsified business records in an effort to cover up a hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all counts in the case.

๐Ÿ“‹ Factors at play in judge's decision: Experts outlined various factors that Judge Juan Merchan could weigh when determining a sentence, if Trump is convicted. In Trump's favor is his lack of a prior criminal record and the fact that the charges do not involve physical violence or drugs.

But on the other hand, Merchan may consider some of Trump's actions surrounding the trial, including attacking the judge's daughter via social media.
