Maritime incidents are on the rise. Here's how often they occur.

The campus has two 360-degree, full-mission simulators on campus that allow students to practice emergency or routine scenarios in preparation for what they will encounter when they enter their professions full-time.

An eerily accurate simulation of the Baltimore disaster at Cal Maritime showed the crew couldn't avoid hitting the bridge under the same conditions.
