Suspect in NYC subway killing indicted on murder and arson charges

A woman was set on fire and died, and two men were stabbed, one fatally, in two separate incidents aboard New York City subways on Sunday. Overall, though, crime on the transit system is down from last year, authorities said.

The man accused of lighting a woman on fire in a New York City subway car has been indicted on murder and arson charges.
