The alleged shooter had a history of arrests for grabbing women, according to Leon County court records. Brent Taylor, 39, had served as mayor of North Ogden, Utah's 17,000 residents since 2013. "I love Mayor Taylor, his amazing wife Jennie and his seven sweet kids. Utah weeps for them today," said Utah Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox, who identified Taylor in a Facebook post.
