The Daily Money

Wednesday, November 13

Good morning from frigid New York City. It's David Brinkerhoff, here to warm up your Wednesday with our must-read Money and Tech stories.

Speaking of frozen, Disney's launch of its subscription streaming service has hit some icy bumps, including sign-on difficulties and error messages.

If you're looking for a warm drink, there'll be plenty of room to sit and sip at the new, largest Starbucks in the world, which opens Friday in the Windy City of Chicago. Brrr.

Does the word un-retire sound strange? It shouldn't. More Americans are working well into the traditional "golden years" of leisure because of money worries or a desire to stay active. And that's upending our long-held concepts of retirement. So much for sitting inside and knitting a sweater by the fire today.

Now let's get to today's other top stories. Let us know what you think on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram . Know someone you think should get The Daily Money? They can sign up right here to join in on the conversation.
