Cough, cough: Flu is on the rise. President Trump is sparring with his Ukrainian counterpart. Speaking of fights, more drama in the legal battle between two former co-stars.

Flu season knocking down everyone

Sorry to say, you're not the only one getting sick this winter. The United States is seeing the worst flu season in more than a decade, with cases still trending up. Health officials say the outbreak is accompanied by rising infection rates for other viruses, including RSV, COVID-19 and the gastrointestinal bug norovirus.

By the numbers: There's been at least 29 million flu infections this season, according to CDC estimates. At least 370,000 hospitalizations and 16,000 deaths have been caused by the virus. 👉 Why are flu cases surging?

Trump calls Ukraine president a 'dictator'

Ukraine isn't in the good graces of the United States under a Trump presidency. President Donald Trump on Wednesday called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "a dictator without elections," just hours after he accused Ukraine of starting the war with Russia. Zelenskyy in turn accused Trump of repeating Russian disinformation. U.S. and Russian officials met earlier this week – without Ukrainian representation – to discuss terms to end Russia's 3-year-old invasion of Ukraine. 👉 How the U.S. is departing from previous stance.

Lively, Baldoni feud not ending soon

And the drama continues. The ongoing legal battle between former co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni saw a new development Tuesday. Lively, in an amended complaint, alleged that two additional actress involved with the film "It Ends With Us" are prepared to testify against Baldoni as well as Jamey Heath, the co-chair of Wayfarer Studios, which produced the movie.

What the complaint says: Lively's lawyers built upon the actress' previous claims of sexual harassment, including accounts from additional female cast members who were allegedly similarly uncomfortable on set. According to the complaint, Lively and her fellow actresses commented on Baldoni's alleged tendency to make unwanted sexual comments. 👉 What to know about the legal battle
