News alert: No evidence Mitch McConnell had stroke, TIA, seizure disorder or Parkinson's, doctor says

A doctor said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell doesn't have a seizure disorder, and he didn't have a stroke as he struggled to speak last month.
