5 asteroids to pass by Earth this week | Wave hi! 👋 Five asteroids will fly near Earth between Wednesday and Sunday, though none is on a trajectory that makes it a planetary threat, according to NASA. Three of the asteroids are about the size of a commercial jetliner, and the largest is 170 feet long. Dubbed 2023 QE8, that asteroid is expected to pass within 945,000 miles of our planet on Sunday. None of the other four asteroids is expected to fly nearly as close. But all five are large enough and close enough to Earth for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory to consider them "potentially hazardous." ☄️ Here's what we know about the incoming asteroids. | | | | Donald Trump and some of his co-defendants argue their cases should be held separately to receive fair trials. | | | | In reaching the US Open semifinals, 20-year-old Ben Shelton shows why he may be America's next great men's tennis superstar. | | | | President Biden's Department of Labor has proposed a new rule that would greatly boost the salary threshold for overtime pay. | | | | The eldest of the Kardashian sisters shared that she was rushed into "urgent fetal surgery" to save her first child with Blink-182's Travis Barker. | | | | Of the 30,000 that entered the race, 11,000 did not complete the distance after tracking data showed some bypassing sections of the 26.2-mile course. | | | | Fans and gamers aren't the only ones who have strong opinions about Madden ratings, as many NFL players lobby for higher figures for themselves. | | | | Vivek Ramaswamy has emphasized a nuclear family on the campaign trail.
