Conservatives don't think the proposed plan repeals enough Obamacare mandates, while many moderates think the bill is as good as it'll get. (Democrats are expected to unanimously oppose the bill.) Masood, 52, was fatally shot by police outside Britain's Parliament. Here's what we know about him: He was British-born and had different aliases. Police said they had no prior intelligence about his intent to carry out a terrorist attack, though he was known for a range of convictions, including assault, possession of weapons, grievous bodily harm and various public-order offenses. Worth noting: The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack, though that claim has not be verified. A sobering reminder: The attack happened on the one-year anniversary of the Brussels terrorism attack, and the Islamic State also claimed credit for that. | | How Sweet it is | | March Madness resumes Thursday night , after a wild opening weekend that saw several highly ranked teams fall (*cough* Villanova *cough* Duke *cough*).
