Yep, the rich are the getting richer, and they're doing it at a much faster pace. Earnings for the top 1% jumped 20%, while pay for the bottom 90% of workers climbed 8.7%, according to the Economic Policy Institute. Another key finding: average pay for the bottom 90% increased 26%. For the 1%, it surged by more than 160%. Must be nice. |
