🔵Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges accusing him of trying to steal the 2020 election − following his third arrest and court arraignment in four months. The federal government's indictment lists six people who allegedly conspired with Trump, including his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani. Any of the six could deepen Trump's already dire legal jeopardy should they decide to cooperate with special counsel Jack Smith. Read more |
Antibiotic resistance is a question of 'when', not 'if' |
⚕️The world is quickly running out of lifesaving antibiotic drugs. The coronavirus pandemic drove an increase in antibiotic use and a subsequent increase in resistant infections in U.S. hospitals, the CDC found. And there is little financial incentive for companies to develop new antibiotics, which patients use for only a few days and become ineffective in just a few years. Read more |
