South Korea the latest stop on Trump's Asia tour | President Donald Trump's visit to South Korea on Wednesday comes as the U.S. faces retaliatory tariffs from China after Trump threatened to almost triple tariffs on Chinese imports on Nov. 1 unless he reaches a new trade deal with the country. Later today, the president is set to meet leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and speak at a luncheon as well as participate in a US-APEC leaders working dinner. Texas sues Tylenol makers over alleged autism link | Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced he is suing the makers of Tylenol, claiming the companies failed to warn consumers about the risks of taking the drug while pregnant. The lawsuit comes just over a month after President Trump and his top health officials urged pregnant women to stop taking Tylenol as he promoted an unproven link between the painkiller and a rise in autism among children. Experts and medical organizations have rejected the Tylenol autism claim. |
