Happy Friday! Ronnie here, is there something you do every day that's quietly slipped onto autopilot?

I was on a snowboarding trip recently when I realized I'd left my entire toiletry bag at home. A few days without my usual skincare made something click when I got back: these tiny routines aren't chores … they're little privileges. That small change in perspective lifted the whole rest of my week.
