'Can't say goodbye.' Cuban artist at center of US-Cuba talks speaks

Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara was recently released from prison in Cuba after five years. Otero, a prolific artist, was part of the July 11, 2021, protests in Cuba, calling for change.
