A passenger wouldn't leave an overbooked flight and was dragged away, screaming

What happened to a United Airlines passenger who did not want to give up his seat is just ... wow. A Chicago-to-Louisville flight Sunday was overbooked, and United couldn't rouse a volunteer to give up a seat, so the airline chose a few at random. A video posted on Facebook of what happened aboard the plane went viral. It shows three men wearing radio equipment and security jackets speaking with a seated passenger, who had been selected to leave the plane. (According to one witness,  the passenger said he was a doctor who needed to get home to see patients.) After a few seconds, one man grabs the passenger, who screams and then is dragged by his arms toward the front of the plane. The video ends before anything else is shown. Read the full account (and United's response) here, or  watch the video . If you ever have to give up your seat on an overbooked flight, make sure you know your rights. P.S.: Remember the recent leggings flap that went viral? That was on United, too. We can confirm the airline's Twitter account has been busy.

That's Justice Gorsuch to you

Neil Gorsuch was sworn in Monday as the 113th justice in the history of the Supreme Court — but more importantly, as the ninth sitting justice who will bring the court back to full strength after 14 monthsNo more ties . "I won't ever forget that the seat I inherit today is that of a very, very great man," Gorsuch said, referring to the late Antonin Scalia. President Trump, clearly cherishing the moment, told Gorsuch: "Our country is counting on you to be wise, impartial and fair ... and to safeguard the right of the people to govern their own affairs." In an aside after the ceremony ended, Trump whispered, "Go get 'em."

Sergio Garcia is having a great Monday

He did it. HE FINALLY DID IT. It's still hard to believe, but Sergio Garcia won the Masters on Sunday in a playoff against Justin Rose. The first official word from Garcia following his win was this very good tweet  on Monday. The 37-year-old Spanish golfer ... a guy who always figured out a way to NOT win ... the lovable loser who was 0-for-73 in majors in his 18-year career ... that guy is the one with the green jacket. We can safely say he's going to be enjoying the sweet taste of victory for a while (although he's apparently  slacking on Words With Friends).

Still at large: Man accused of stealing guns, sending a 161-page manifesto to Trump

Authorities say they've followed up on more than 300 tips and leads on the whereabouts of Joseph Jakubowski , who is considered "armed and dangerous" after a string of startling incidents in the Janesville, Wis., area. Jakubowski, 32, is accused of stealing a cache of weapons from a gun store, lighting his vehicle on fire and threatening an unspecified attack. Authorities say he expressed anti-religious views in a 161-page manifesto he apparently sent to the White House. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for info leading to his arrest.

Do taxes this weekend? If you live here, you might be ponying up

New York, Hawaii, Vermont, Maine and Minnesota. What do they have in common? Hint: It's not geography. These states have the highest tax burdens, according to a recent WalletHub survey . The personal finance website compared the 50 states by property taxes, individual income taxes and sales and excise taxes. The states with the lowest taxes? Delaware, Alaska, Tennessee, Oklahoma and New Hampshire. PSA: It's a mere 8 days until tax day. If you need tax news and advice, we have plenty.
