Burnout rates on the rise

If you're feeling burnt out at your job, you're definitely not alone. 

Global burnout rates were up 8% between May and August, according to a new report which noted that a lack of flexible work and ballooning stress among executives are some of the factors contributing to burnout.

Starbucks holiday drinks are back. The company is rolling out its holiday drink menu Thursday.

The menu brings back classic beverages, including the Peppermint Mocha, the Caramel Brulée Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and the Chestnut Praline Latte.

This also means the return of the holiday cups. The company will unveil four new designs for the holiday season.
