Staff members attacked with bat at congressman's office | Two staff members who work for Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., were hospitalized after being assaulted in the congressman's district office Monday morning, according to Connolly. A person armed with a baseball bat entered Connolly's office and asked for him before "committing an act of violence" against the two staff members, who had injuries that weren't life-threatening, Connolly said in a statement. World's oldest dog is a year older |
He's a socialite who roams the forest and likes long naps by the fire. And he's raising the bar on what it means to be the world's oldest dog. Meet Bobi, a pooch confirmed by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest living dog and oldest dog in February, who just celebrated his 31st birthday. In the rural Portuguese village where the pooch has lived his entire life, Bobi's owner, 38-year-old Leonel Costa, had a birthday bash planned: A "very traditional" Portuguese party, with more than 100 of Bobi's friends expected to attend.
