Peace, at last?

Here's what we do know.

Robert Roberson was convicted of killing his infant daughter, Nikki, in 2002. Investigators at the time said Nikki died from "shaken baby syndrome," but the child also had several serious health issues, including pneumonia in both lungs. Roberson's lawyers and supporters argued that he's innocent, and Nikki died of natural causes. Roberson was sentenced to death, but one week before his scheduled execution, a Texas court ruled he deserves a new hearing. What the court said, and what's next for Roberson.
