Blake Lively's Justin Baldoni harassment claims tossed ahead of trial

Blake Lively, left, and "It Ends With Us" director and costar Justin Baldoni have been locked in a legal battle since Dec. 31, 2024, when the actress filed a lawsuit against Baldoni and the film's production company alleging sexual harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress. Baldoni and his co-defendants have pushed back against her claims, including in two lawsuits that have been dismissed, though they have the option to appeal.

A judge has dismissed most of the claims in Blake Lively's sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against "It Ends With Us" star Justin Baldoni.
