Indiana residents nearly 2 weeks without power |
The area’s electrical provider said power would broadly return to Munster, Indiana, by midnight on Monday and to Gary and Portage by midnight on Tuesday. But resident Denise Bairns told Reuters the company said her power could be off until Sept. 12.

"That is too long to be without power," Bairns said. "I don’t know, all we can do is pray that we get it on."
