Gas goes above $4 a gallon |
U.S. officials, including Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and President Donald Trump, continued to ramp up threats against Iran as the average price of gas went above $4 a gallon. Hegseth said that while diplomacy would be the U.S.'s "primary effort," the military would "negotiate with bombs" if necessary. SCOTUS: Colorado "conversion therapy" ban unconstitutional |
A Colorado law banning "conversion therapy" for LGBTQ+ minors infringes on a Christian counselor's right to free speech, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday , overturning a lower court's decision upholding the ban. Colorado had argued the law regulates professional conduct, not personal speech; most major medical groups say the practice, which aims to "convert" young people to heterosexuality or to change their sexual identity, is harmful and ineffective.
